T\u00e9rminos como \u201cturnover\u201d, \u201cwork-life balance\u201d, \u201cdigital nomad\u201d o \u201cquiet quitting\u201d han invadido los medios y las oficinas de pa\u00edses como Estados Unidos, Inglaterra y hasta China. Estos son algunos de los terminos laborales tendencia que cubrimos en nuestras clases de ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 significan estos t\u00e9rminos?, \u00bfson conceptos aislados, o est\u00e1n interconectados? Y, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos usar estos conocimientos para mejorar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los empleados de una empresa y, al mismo tiempo, sus resultados? Se trata de sentir que las condiciones y exigencias de tu puesto laboral se pueden compaginar tranquilamente con tu vida privada, sin restar tiempo ni energ\u00eda de esta. Desde el confinamiento a causa de la pandemia, muchas personas aprendieron por casualidad que es posible mantener tu productividad y atender a tus responsabilidades laborales al mismo tiempo que est\u00e1s en un entorno c\u00f3modo, privado y rodeado de tu familia. Tras esto, muchos empleados han empezado a comunicar a sus empresas su deseo de llevar a cabo sus responsabilidades de forma remota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>Digital nomad<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una evoluci\u00f3n de lo hablado anteriormente es el aumento en \u201cn\u00f3madas digitales\u201d, es decir, personas que trabajan remotamente al 100% y se mueven de un pa\u00eds a otro. Con el paso del tiempo, cada vez son m\u00e1s las personas que solo buscan puestos de trabajo con posibilidad de teletrabajo al 100%, con lo que muchas empresas est\u00e1n afrontando dificultades para encontrar candidatos para puestos que, hasta hace dos a\u00f1os, era relativamente f\u00e1cil cubrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quiet quittin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre con los empleados que piden a sus empresas adaptarse a esta nueva forma de trabajar y reciben una rotunda negativa? Algunos recurren al quiet quitting. El nombre de este concepto es algo confuso, ya que su traducci\u00f3n literal ser\u00eda \u201crenuncia silenciosa\u201d, sin embargo esto no se refleja en lo que este t\u00e9rmino realmente significa. \u201cQuiet quitting\u201d es la pr\u00e1ctica de hacer \u00fanicamente lo justo y necesario para cumplir con tus responsabilidades laborales. Si tu jornada es de 9am a 5pm, no se empieza un minuto antes ni se acaba un minuto despu\u00e9s, no se acepta carga extra y se ejerce desconexi\u00f3n digital absoluta&nbsp; fuera del horario laboral.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este concepto ha crecido considerablemente en 2022 y ha supuesto un gran shock para empresas de pa\u00edses como EEUU, en los que hasta ahora predominaba la \u201chustle culture\u201d (la&nbsp; convicci\u00f3n de que el trabajo es lo m\u00e1s importante y que debe ser la prioridad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>Turn<\/strong>over<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, las empresas que no adaptan sus condiciones y metodolog\u00edas a las nuevas tendencias y demandas del mercado laboral, y tampoco act\u00faan al ver la desmotivaci\u00f3n de sus empleados, pueden acabar experimentando altos niveles de rotaci\u00f3n (turnover).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si lees art\u00edculos sobre el mundo laboral en ingl\u00e9s, puedes estar seguro de que te topar\u00e1s con estos conceptos.
